PUNXSUTAWNEY — The Punxsutawney School Board held its committee meeting Wednesday night, with many issues being discussed.

One issue discussed was that of IUP-Punxsy students using the middle school pool during open swim hours. IUP-Punxsy Assistant Dean of Students Theo Turner was on-hand to answer any questions that the board had.

Punxsutawney Area School District Superintendent Dr. Keith Wolfe informed the board that the IUP students currently have an agreement with the George C. Brown Community Pool and IUP is asking if the students can come and use the middle school pool, and if so, what fees would be associated.
