After fighting their way back through the bracket to the championships, Punxsy’s Minor League Softball All-Stars earned a 5-1 victory on Friday to win the District 10 championship.

In addition to earning the title of District 10 champs, though, the girls also earned the chance to shave their coaches’ heads after the game (see THAT photo in Saturday's print edition of The Spirit).

Punxsy will now advance to Sectionals, which will be played right here in Punxsutawney and will begin on Monday.
