Locals impress, communication skills enhanced through 4-H Public Speaking & Presentation program

Jefferson and Clearfield counties’ 4-H recently held the 22nd Annual Bi-County 4-H Public Speaking & Presentation Contest at the DuBois campus of Penn State University.
