Frank M. Amundson, 70, of Punxsutawney, passed away Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, at his home.

Mr. Amundson was born April 30, 1943, in Punxsutawney, the son of the late Frank B. Amundson and Eleanor (McCullough) Amundson.

He was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church.

He is survived by his wife Mary Ann (Renne) Amundson of Punxsutawney.

Mr. Amundson was the President of Femco Machine Company, which he
co-owned with his father and brother from 1964 to 1994.

In addition to his wife, Mary Ann, he is survived by four daughters; Sheri Acre and husband Curt of Punxsutawney, Kristi Amundson of Pittsburgh, Lori Gigliotti and husband Brad of Punxsutawney and Kelli Lott and husband Eric of Punxsutawney; grandchildren Kyle Acre and wife Jody, Kelsey Acre, Tristan Acre, Cory Jamieson, Sammy Gigliotti, Abby Gigliotti, Graham Lott and Evie Lott; a brother, Eric Amundson and wife Vickie of Punxsutawney; and a sister, Madalyn "Collie" Couser and husband Dyrk of Punxsutawney.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter.

There will be no viewing.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2013, at the First Church of God in Punxsutawney, followed by a fellowship and refreshments.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Salvation Army or to the Wounded Warriors Project.org.

Arrangements are under the direction of McCabe Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.
