June 29 will be the second annual Fido 5K to benefit animals in need at the Willow Run Sanctuary for Animals.

Pictured here is the smallest Willow Run resident, Holly, with Margo Stefanic, founder and co-owner of Willow Run Sanctuary for Animals, Inc.

The cost is $20 per runner, and those wishing to participate must sign a waiver.

The event will be held rain or shine, with no refunds.

Donations of dry dog and cat food are appreciated, and boxes will be on site for those wishing to bring those donations.

Financial donations are also appreciated, and a jar will be located at the site to collect money for the sanctuary.

Applications can be found at www.indianaroadrunners.com.

With questions or for more information, contact Season Petrovich at (814) 952-0495.
