BIG RUN — A group of Big Run residents spoke at Monday's Big Run Borough Council meeting and complained of the island in the stream, which allegedly has grown due to a lack of dredging in the creek over the years and has led to flooding in the lower end of the borough any time a major rain storm occurs.
