Ann Luketich, 92, Punxsutawney, died Monday, May 12, 2014, at Wellington Heights Personal Care Home.

She was born Aug. 8, 1921, in Corbettown, a daughter of the late Jacob and Maria Ferrence Kupak Cholak.

On Nov. 2, 1963, she married Frank Luketich, who survives.

She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church.

She enjoyed gardening, dining out, sewing, knitting, painting, children, dancing, cooking, baking and canning.

She retired from Integra Bank in 1983.

Surviving relatives include four nephews, Dennis Cholak and wife Judy of Edinboro, Pa., Tom Cholak and wife Brenda of Meadville, Pa., David Cholak of Meadville, and Jerry Cholak of Tucson, Arizona; and two nieces, Betsy Everhart of Denver, Colorado, and Catherine of Colorado.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Joseph Cholak; and two sisters, Katherine Smock and Mary Misurda.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at the Deeley Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.

A Parastas service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2014.

A funeral liturgy will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, with Father Simeon Sibenik officiating.

Interment will be at Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Mrs. Luketich, to Asera Care Hospice or to the Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church.
